Co-ordination:

• Co-ordination is when different parts of our body work together to perform a specific task.
• Example: When you play soccer, your eyes watch the ball, your legs kick it, and your brain coordinates these actions.

Quick Activity:

• Close your eyes and listen carefully. Can you identify different sounds around you? Try to guess what is making each sound.
