1. Introduction to Human Anatomy and Physiology

  • Levels of organization: chemical, cellular, tissue, organ, system, organism
  • Anatomical terminology: directional terms, body planes, body cavities
  • Basic concepts of physiology: homeostasis, feedback mechanisms

2. Cell Structure and Function
