Drama
Introduction
Drama is like playing make-believe or acting out stories. It involves using our bodies, voices, and expressions to tell a story without using words.
What is Drama?
Acting Out Emotions
In drama, we can show emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, or excitement through our facial expressions and body movements. For example, jumping up and down to show joy.
Role-Playing
Role-playing means pretending to be someone else. For instance, pretending to be a doctor, teacher, or superhero in a play.
Storytelling Without Words
In drama, we can act out a whole story without speaking. We use gestures, actions, and expressions to convey the plot and characters.
Fun Activity
Acting Out a Scene: Choose a favorite story or make up your own short scene. Act it out using different expressions and movements to show what's happening.
Remember
- Express Emotions: Use your face and body to show how a character feels.
- Be Creative: Imagine different roles and act them out with enthusiasm.
- Tell a Story: Use actions and expressions to tell a story without speaking.
